$25 is a nonrefundable deposit and the remainder is due 6 weeks prior to the workshop. Preferences for cash/check but we can send you a credit card link as well (processing fee will be added).
 
The workshop will go through the fat/smoke natural hide tanning process from start to finish. Participants will go home with a finished hide and a handout. We will go over the bark tanning process and discuss the benefits and disadvantages.
 
Both participant and spectator tickets include both days of hands on learning, the handout, and lunch.
 
Participants, in addition, will receive a hand tool and a finished pelt.
 
IF TRAVELING FROM AFAR...
- The farm is located in Gumboro, DE about 20 minutes from Ocean City and Salisbury as well as within very manageable distances from all the other coastal towns. 
- Ocean City hotels (and others) frequently offer off season rates! Most have indoor pools and there are still quite a few night life options in town and in West Ocean City. We're not as familiar with the DE beach areas.
- Beverage/food shops close to the farm are Red Eye Coffee and The Modern Graze.
